2394.	P	Scotland	It is time to invest more in fibroid research. A condition hardly talked about but affecting so many women world wide. Please educate healthcare professionals on how to speak to patients with this condition. Some consultants need to have more manners, have some compassion and should understand more than anyone that the uterus is not only for having children and that it can be preserved for the future of women’s health. Long term impact on health needs to be considered. More research into diet, lifestyle and environmental conditions exposure is needed as well.
